Rescue Me

Hi Everyone!


Today I wanted to write about "Rescue Me" from the "Solace" album. I originally had the idea of making the music more intense, but instead made it more of a romantic piece. Instead I decided to write it to be a dual between the piano and the guitar in a way as if calling to one another. The Cello and String section tend be a director for each instrument to lean towards bringing them together at the end of the piece. There are countless pieces of music that can describe romantic situations of coming together and "Rescue Me" is no exception. The goal was to allow those listening to this music to feel a connection they can relate to.
